David has over 20 years of legal, commercial, financial and investment experience having worked for top 100 ASX listed corporations in senior management positions, private equity and top tier law firms.

Luke Devine - 

Luke has over 25 years’ banking, energy, infrastructure and project finance advisory experience with significant exposure to Asian energy, mining and infrastructure projects.

Luke was a senior partner and group head at leading international law firm, Baker & MacKenzie and is regarded as one of the top project lawyers in the Asia Pacific region.

 

Luke has a Bachelors Degree, Law from Bond University.
